Keeping track of my progress..... making myself accountable, at least to myself.
The below figures are obtained using an Omron Fat Loss Monitor Scale, HBF-400. I have no clue if it's the best one, but it's the one I have at home.

decreased .4
I'm not sure why the percentage of body fat is increasing, when it should be muscle that is increasing. Especially with some weight loss. At least the weight and the BMI are decreasing.
I'm not sure of the accuracy of the scales in measuring body fat or BMI, but will stick with using them, at least for now.
Birthday tomorrow...... will be 56 !!
