Week 2

Beginning.......... again

I'm now going to a local gym near work and the Sapulpa home. That's in addition to the gym up near the lake house. In order to be more accountable, I'm going to post here weekly, mainly for my own benefit. I need to document a starting point, and my progress.

The below figures are obtained using an Omron Fat Loss Monitor Scale, HBF-400. I have no clue if it's the best one, but it's the one I have at home.
