Wow. I must be eating too many calories. I have busted my butt (who invented that stair master contraption ??), but no real progress seen from last week. I'm floundering in the same general area.
Next week is the seminar in Las Vegas. A good week to cut calories. Not. Actually, it may be best for me to get away from what I am doing, and see how a new routine works for me. I'm taking my whey powder, so that will be a few meals a day.
