Keeping track of my progress..... making myself accountable, at least to myself.


The below figures are obtained using an Omron Fat Loss Monitor Scale, HBF-400. I have no clue if it's the best one, but it's the one I have at home.

Well at least no increases, except in % body fat. It was a tough week all around.... work, home, finances, friends...... probably amazing I did not gain more.
