The below figures are obtained using an Omron Fat Loss Monitor Scale, HBF-400. I have no clue if it's the best one, but it's the one I have at home.

Visited Stomach Doctor last Friday. His conclusion from the Upper GI is that my pouch has not expanded. How then can I eat so much more ? He says I am "grazing". Eating little bits all day long. That is true, to some extent, but I can also eat a lot at one sitting, at times.

I know from recent experience that I can go to the Pizza Hut buffet and have salad, 3 pieces of pizza, some rigatoni, and 1 piece of dessert pizza, all within about 30 minutes. That does not sound like my pouch is still small to me.

I looked up The Biggest Loser website. I even Emailed them, about possibly enrolling. The earliest opening they have at their main facility in Utah is in January 2011. Their other location in Malibu, CA has an opening in late September of this year. I am considering going there for 2 weeks. Not definite yet, but my goal would be to lose what I can before then, so that those two weeks help me to trim up more, and tone up more. Then look into the body lift.

Their literature does mention that their daily meals combined are 1200 calories. No wonder I have gained lately. I was aiming for probably twice that daily caloric intake, without any junk food. So for now, I will re-aim my goals, and see what revising my plan can do on my own, though if I want to enroll for Malibu, I'd have to decide something quick to get that time slot.
